The Division of Labor Standards' page publishes one Missouri rate and a wage history back to 2015; it lists no lower rate for minors or trainees.
Retail and service employers with annual gross income under $500,000 are not required to pay the state rate and can pay what they choose, but the Division notes federal law still applies to employers covered by the Fair Labor Standards Act.
This page lists no city or county minimum wages for Missouri; the state rate is the one the Division of Labor Standards publishes.
Proposition A (November 2024) raised the rate to $13.75 on January 1, 2025 and $15.00 on January 1, 2026. RSMo 290.502, as amended in 2025 by H.B. 567, ends the old cost-of-living adjustment with December 31, 2024 and has no step after 2026, so the rate stays at $15.00 unless the law changes. The same amendments extended the minimum wage to public employers from August 28, 2025.
